On January 28th, Orange County partner, Jennifer Friend, was installed onto the Engineering Contractor's Association's Board of Directors aboard the historic Queen Mary.   Ms. Friend has served as an ECA Director since 2003 and has been active in representing and educating the construction industry through her position on the Board.
