Andrew Chan specializes in representing insurance carriers in insurance coverage and insurance litigation matters. Mr. Chan also has experience in creditor-side bankruptcy litigation, business litigation and general civil defense litigation.
Mr. Chan graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. While at UCLA, Mr. Chan was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a Dean's Scholarship recipient. While at Loyola, Andrew served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Fred Woods at the California Court of Appeal, Second District. Andrew also received First Honors in Trial Advocacy at Loyola and was invited to be a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, available only to students ranked in the top 15% of the class.
Mr. Chan is admitted to practice before all California State courts as well as all United States District Courts in the State of California.
